We are inviting applications from interested participants for a 6 month long live product life cycle learning phase. We are keen on graduates with high energy levels and drive with success orientation and willing to emerge as competent software innovators. Enthusiastic individuals with basic programming knowledge in Microsoft applications are welcome to join our state-of-the-art development facility in Bangalore as innovation team members.

Innovation team will engage into total lifecycle of product development. The team working with professional trainers and buddies enjoy the learning of tacit knowledge and best practices that exist in the organization from training level through project application implementation. Team involves in transforming knowledge to concept, concept through product and experience the sheer joy of innovation while building ability to exercise the learning of product life cycle in the 6month product innovation phase.

Innovation team will be developing cutting edge internet applications while learning under experienced offshore and onsite product leads in a dynamic ‘concurrent software engineering environment’. Individual participation in independent product thinking, brainstorming, and group discussions is integral to concept evolution.

New product development, existing product migration to newer technologies, product packaging, and product success torture tests are the key areas in the innovation life cycle employing .NET framework. Also, eC will facilitate Microsoft Certification Program to the interested team members.
